Privacy Policy

How TextMora handles data and protects your privacy.

Last updated: [Effective date]

Who is responsible

The website TextMora (textmora.com) is operated by [Operator name], [Registered address]. You can reach us at [Contact email]. See also the Legal Notice.

The text you enter

The text tools work in your browser. The text you type or paste, and the result of a tool, are processed on your device and are not sent to TextMora or to any other server. We do not store them, and we do not put them in cookies, in the address bar or in analytics events.

While you move between tools, the text can be kept in the memory of the open page so that you can continue with another tool. It is removed when you reload the page or close the tab, or when you choose “Clear workspace”.

What we process when you visit

Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when your browser requests a page:

  • your IP address and the time of the request;
  • the page requested, and the browser and device type your browser reports;
  • the page you came from, if your browser sends it.

This is needed to deliver the site securely and reliably. Hosting provider: [Provider name and country]. Legal basis: [e.g. legitimate interest in operating and securing the site]. Retention: [Log retention period].

Your display preference

If you switch to dark mode, your browser stores that choice (the key “textmora-theme” in local storage) so the site can remember it. It contains no personal data and never any text you entered. See the Cookie Policy.

Analytics and advertising

At the moment TextMora uses no analytics and shows no advertising, and sets no optional cookies. If this changes, this section will list the providers, what they collect, the purposes, the legal basis and the retention periods, and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.

[Complete before enabling analytics or advertising: providers, data recipients, international transfers, legal basis, retention]

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. [Name the competent supervisory authority]

To exercise a right, contact us at [Contact email].

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest update at the top.

Example content only. A complete privacy notice must name the real operator and reflect the services and trackers actually deployed, and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.
